New Television Concept that Provides Environmental Answers is in Development
We are proud to announce that Modern Media Perspectives, in partnership with Mokeamedia has begun development of a new made for television segment aimed at discovering grassroots environmental initiatives across Canada and showcasing them to others.
Grassroots to Green Earth will ultimately become a public service initiative and will be offered free to broadcasters across the country. Hosted by Eric Novak the goal of the series will be to discover many of the wonderful environmental initiatives taking place at the grassroots level across Canada. These initiatives will be profiled and will be used as examples and inspiration for other viewers to develop initiatives of their own.
A Pilot episode has been shot featuring Jack McGinnis who is one of the pioneers of Ontario's curbside recycling programs. This pilot along with a sponsorship package is currently being shopped around in hopes of securing the necessary sponsorship required to produce up to 40 unique segments.
